Quick and easy tips to clear skin
Having had acne from 11 years old i know that your skin can be up and down and for those days where your skincare routine has been on form but you're still having breakouts here are a few things you can try.
Make sure you are using a clean face cloth to wash your face with and clean towel to dry your skin with every time.
Clean bedding, not just pillowcases as duvet also touches your face.
Massage, massage, massage. So important to clearing your skin. Every time you cleanse and moisturise massage your skin in upward strokes and circles for at least 3 minutes. Concentrate on the jaw line, around your mouth and chin.
Go vegan for a couple of days, focus on eating fresh vegetables, fruits and pulses that are full of skin clearing nutrients.
Sleep, whatever sleep you are currently getting make an effort to add a extra couple of hours in for a few nights.
De-stress, try take at least 10 minutes to do some mindful yoga. The main thing is to concentrate on your breathing. Expand your stomach as you breath in to ensure you're filling your body as you sit with your shoulder blades back and down.
